But Vishal made a strong comeback in 2017 through ‘Thupparivaalan, the move received rave reviews from Kerala. Vishal was also praised for his performance in the movie. On account of that Thupparivaalan was a success at Kerala box office.

If Karthi continues to do good movies like this he would be able to regain his stardom that he once had in Kerala.
